- Pay Rate:
Drivers make $80,000 to $90,000, while top earners can reach up to $110,000 - Sign‑on bonus:
Up to $10,000, depending on experience. - 3rd‑Shift Dispatch.
- 4‑day work schedule; deliveries using side lift gates, small pallets, and electric pallet sleds.

- Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report.
- Inspect bill of lading and keep keys for accuracy in off‑hour delivery.
- Drive tractor‑trailer to destination, applying commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on road and customer premises.
- Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations; document delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.
- Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.
- Other duties as assigned.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL‑A).
- At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
- Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
- Ability to read, write and understand English at a level sufficient for job‑related tasks, safety protocols and communications.
