Assembly Kanban Leader; B and D shifts

Requirements

• The most qualified candidates that pass the leader test will be interviewed for the position.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be required to obtain forklift and stand-up lift certification.
• Frequent lifting of 15 to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 60 pounds.
• Regularly required to stand, bend and reach and lift boxes as high as 66 inches.
• Must be able to work at heights up to 18 feet and be capable of operating a pallet jack.
• Safety equipment restricts a personal weight limit up to 325 lbs.

• S&R Leader at SV5, SV5-2 and Warehouse; learn and maintain skills required at each Scottsville location.
• Assign operators to work areas, designate breaks, assist in loading and unloading truck shipments, stocking and picking carts for customer orders and kanbans.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Print and prepare picklists to keep S/R supplied with orders to pick on multiple shifts.
• Perform limited functions of S/R Supervisor in the event of their absence.
• Scan items received, enter receipts using MICS gun or PC, and perform stocking, transferring, picking, wrapping and other tasks involved with the shipping‑receiving process.
• Be assigned to the Cycle Count area and keep it clean.
• Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
