• Pay rate: $65,000 to $85,000 first‑year average.
• Route:
  Tuesday to Saturday; dispatch one day and return next day (home daily, not every night).
• Day‑1 benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance; FSA/HSA; company‑paid life insurance.
• Paid holidays, vacation time, and sick‑leave accrual from day one.

• Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre‑ and post‑trip, submitting DOT inspection reports.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy during off‑hour deliveries.
• Drive the tractor‑trailer to destinations, applying commercial driving regulations and maneuvering expertise on the road and at customer premises.
• Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperature, and any exceptions.
• Unload trailer and deliver products to customer premises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A).
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk‑rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks safely and effectively.
