Vulcan Materials Company is seeking a deck hand to build tows and assist vessel crews in preparing barges for loading, transporting, and discharging aggregate barges. You will help with deck lines, rigging, locking and docking, and perform routine vessel maintenance to uphold safety standards.
Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, be willing to work overtime on a rotating watch, and comply with MSHA and company safety rules while working outdoors in all weather with proper PPE.
