• Average Weekly Pay: $1,800–$2,300
• Weekly Miles: 2,800–3,500 (paid on actual miles)
• Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
• Home Time: 3 weeks out, 1 week home
• Fuel Network: EFS card with preferred fueling at Love's
• Freight Type: Primarily pneumatic trailers, liquid tanks, and vac trailers

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years or older
• 1 year of verifiable driving experience, OR a mix of accredited driving school + experience
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
• SAP drivers accepted upon successful program completion

• Class A CDL with 2+ years of experience
• 23 years of age or older
• No serious violations in the past 3 years
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
• No SAP program
• No more than 3 jobs in the past year
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English

• Dry Van: $0.55-$0.65 per mile (based on experience)
• Estimated annual earnings: $80,000–$110,000
• Up to a $0.05/mile safety/performance bonus

Safely operate a garbage truck on designated residential and/or commercial routes;
Collect solid waste, recycling, or yard waste following local regulations;
Read and follow route sheets and dispatcher assignments;
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, including fluids, tires, and safety equipment;
Maintain professional and courteous customer interactions.

We're looking for Class A drivers (3+ months experience) who want a straightforward lease program with no hidden fees.
