Ruan is hiring Class B CDL drivers to be based in Des Moines IA, to haul auto parts in straight trucks for our dedicated customer.
PayGet paid weekly earning activity-based pay at $.611 cents per mile and $24.00 per stop. Drivers are averaging $70,000 per year.

EquipmentDrivers are operating new straight trucks. This position requires driver unload at each stop using a lift gate and electric pallet jack. Hazmat is required.

Minimum Requirements- Must be at least 22 years or older
- No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
- No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
- With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile .gov before being hired
- Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
