Citation CJ​/CJ​/CJSecond-in-Command; SIC) Pilot – Chicago​/Milwaukee Area

What you'll do

• Serve as Second-in-Command on Citation CJ3/CJ2/CJ1 missions across the greater Chicago–Milwaukee corridor.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, airmanship, and professionalism on every leg.
• Execute SOPs with disciplined checklist use and sound risk management in Part 91/135 environments.
• Deliver smooth crew coordination, clear communications, and exceptional passenger care.
• Maintain flight readiness, currency, and compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.

• 1,500 hours Total Time
• 100 hours Multi-Engine Time
• ATP or ATP Written
• Multi-Engine Land rating
• Current First Class Medical Certificate
• Proficient in radiotelephone communications
• Able to pass drug testing and TSA background screening
• Eligible for airport  and ramp driving privileges
• Valid passport and driver's license
• Reside within a two-hour personal commute of KARR
• High School Diploma (required)

• Bachelor's degree

Based in the greater Chicagoland–Milwaukee area with operations conducted under FAR Part 91 and 135. Expect departures frequently associated with KARR and surrounding airports in Illinois and Wisconsin.

• Fly a respected light-jet fleet (CJ3/CJ2/CJ1) with a safety-first, standards-driven team.
• Build quality turbine experience in both Part 91 and 135 operations.
• Direct line to the Chief Pilot with a culture of professionalism and reliability.
