Why NORA

At Nationwide Organ Recovery Transport Alliance (NORA), we move what cannot wait. We are the essential logistics platform for time-critical healthcare and support services, combining mission-trained specialists, real-time technology, and national reach to serve every transport with the precision and accountability this work demands. Complex logistics. Precise solutions. Delivering life

NORA supports Organ Procurement Organizations, transplant centers, living donor programs, laboratories, and healthcare partners through a nationwide network of ground transportation, commercial airlines, and charter aviation providers. Operating a 24/7 communications and dispatch center, NORA specializes exclusively in time-critical transplant logistics, ensuring organs, surgical teams, specimens, and medical equipment reach their destinations safely and efficiently.

Behind every transport is a donor and their loved ones, and a recipient awaiting a second chance. That responsibility shapes how we show up. We take ownership of the mission. We take control when others can’t. And when the plan breaks, we build the path forward in real time. Our people stay aware, think ahead, and act early enough to prevent disruptions before they happen.
