What You'll Do
- Load and unload passenger baggage and cargo.
- Marshal arriving and departing aircraft.
- Assist with aircraft pushbacks, wing walking, chocking, and securing aircraft.
- Operate ground service equipment, including belt loaders, baggage tugs, GPUs, and deicing equipment.
- Conduct Foreign Object Debris (FOD) inspections and maintain safe ramp conditions.
- Perform aircraft servicing, including water and lavatory services.
- Prepare and restock aircraft cabins.
- Prepare gates and ramp equipment for arriving and departing aircraft.
- Maintain compliance with all safety, security, and operational procedures.
- Support the team in achieving safe, on-time departures.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required airport credentials and security clearances.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous ramp, aviation, transportation, logistics, or airport operations experience.
- Experience working around aircraft or operating ground service equipment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Schedule
This position supports airport operations 24/7 and requires flexibility to work:
- Days, evenings, overnights
- Weekends and holidays
- Overtime as operationally required
This is an active outdoor position working on airport ramps and aircraft service areas.
You must be able to:
- Work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, snow, and wind.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Bend, kneel, stoop, and lift 50+ pounds.
- Safely work around aircraft, vehicles, and heavy equipment.
