Join Cintas’ corporate flight department as a Pilot in Command and lead safe, service-focused operations that keep our internal partners moving. You’ll hold final authority over the aircraft, execute disciplined, compliant flight planning, and deliver an exceptional passenger experience on every leg.
About the roleAs a Cintas Corporate Jet Captain, you’ll operate assigned flights supporting company stakeholders, ensuring regulatory, procedural, and service excellence. You will plan and execute missions with precision, coordinate closely with the Chief Pilot and operations, and set the tone for safety and professionalism from preflight to shutdown.
What you’ll do- Review and calculate aircraft weight & balance, fuel requirements, and performance data to ensure safe operation.
- Verify aircraft readiness, including cleanliness, provisioning, and cabin preparation for passenger safety and comfort.
- Evaluate weather at departure, enroute, destination, and alternates to inform flight planning and go/no-go decisions.
- Comply with assigned schedules and operational directives; complete all required preflight inspections and documentation.
- Act as Pilot in Command (PIC), maintaining full operational authority and accountability throughout the mission.
- Support client and customer relationships using company systems and service protocols; represent Cintas with professionalism.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure safe, efficient, and service-oriented flight operations.
- Minimum 3,500 total flight hours.
- Minimum 2,000 turbine flight hours.
- Commercial Multi-Engine Pilot License (CPL).
- Strong decision-making, communication, and situational awareness.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a highly regulated, safety-critical environment.
- Type rating and/or recent experience in the Cessna Sovereign (C-680).
- Type rating and/or recent experience in Falcon 900EX/2000EX aircraft.
- Background in corporate or private aviation environments.
