CDL-A Local Truck Driver Chicago,IL

We're hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a local dry van position serving the Chicagoland area. This opportunity offers home daily

• $30.00 per hour
• Average Weekly Earnings:
  Approximately $1,900
• Paid every Friday via direct deposit
• 1099 Position

• Home Daily
• Monday-Saturday schedule
• Approximately 200-400 miles per day
• Dry van freight throughout the Chicagoland area

• Safely operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer
• Haul local dry van freight
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain DOT compliance and electronic logs
• Deliver freight safely and on schedule

• Late-model  Volvo and Freightliner tractors
• Automatic transmissions
• APUs
• Refrigerator
• Microwave
• Inverter
• Tablet
• Trucks governed at 72 MPH

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 1 year of Class A driving experience (local experience preferred)
• Must be at least 23 years old
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• No reckless driving or major moving violations
• No DUI/DWI
• No SAP participation
• Must meet DOT and company hiring standards

• Drivers are home every day
• Trucks must remain at the terminal after each shift
• Drivers are responsible for commuting to and from the terminal
• Dry van freight only
• Consistent local routes
