Job Summary Load, transport and deliver propane to customers. Complete all aspects of customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities Essential
* Follow Company safety standards and report issues.
* Complete pre/post trip inspections on transport vehicle and equipment.
* Understand all facets of propane systems.
* Load and unload propane from transport vehicle.
* Fill customers propane tanks.
* Ensure delivery route is completed efficiently.
* Act as customer service representative and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Collect payments timely and appropriately.
* Respond to customer calls and ensure that customer concerns are resolved promptly and appropriately.
* Proper OOg procedure and documentation
* Obtain and maintain appropriate licensure including:
* Applicable State licenses
* NPGA certifiedAdditional
* Assist in setting tanks, tank maintenance, and so forth.
* Assist in sales process as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
* Two or more years experience in propane or fuel delivery or an associated industry.
* Possess a valid Class B CDL with Hazmat endorsement and have an acceptable driving record.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Able to learn company systems and processes.
* Adheres to the companys values and ethical expectations.
* Able to learn delivery routes and strong direction acuity.## Qualifications Preferred
* Trade or technical school (Certificate or diploma) in an applicable field.
* Three or more years experience with propane industry, fuel industry, or transportation industry.
