Sehlhorst Equipment Services (SES) is looking for an experienced Class A CDL Driver with Dump Truck AND Roll-Off Truck experience to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a clean driving record, and experience safely operating heavy trucks in a construction environment. This position plays an important role in keeping our jobsites moving by transporting materials, equipment, and debris.

Key Responsibilities- Operate Dump Trucks and Roll-Off Trucks to transport construction materials, debris, soil, aggregate, and other materials.
- Pull flatbed and RGN trailers to safely transport equipment and jobsite materials.
- Properly load, secure, and unload equipment and materials.
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain required DOT documentation and comply with all DOT and safety regulations.
- Communicate with dispatchers, project managers, and jobsite personnel regarding deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and report equipment issues as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Valid Class A CDL – REQUIRED
- Minimum 3 years of Class A CDL driving experience – REQUIRED
- Dump Truck and/or Roll-Off Truck Experience
- Construction industry experience preferred.
- Experience pulling flatbed and/or RGN trailers is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
- Clean driving record.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and mechanical skills.
- Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
