The opportunity

Mountain Air Cargo (MAC) is a trusted Fed Ex Feeder operating throughout the Midwest and Eastern half of the United States. With a 50+ aircraft fleet and ~100 daily flights under Parts 121 and 135, MAC delivers dependable, on-time cargo operations. As a Cessna 408 Sky Courier Captain – Floater, you’ll be a go-to leader who supports routes across multiple bases, ensuring operational continuity wherever demand is highest.

• Operate the Cessna 408 Sky Courier safely and efficiently in a professional multi-crew cargo environment.
• Cover multiple bases and routes as a system floater, adapting to changing schedules and locations.
• Execute all phases of flight, including thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and weight-and-balance.
• Maintain strict compliance with company SOPs and FAA regulations under Parts 121/135.
• Collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and Fed Ex ramp personnel to keep operations running on time.
• Uphold the highest standards of IFR proficiency, professionalism, and safety.

• License: FAA ATP (Restricted accepted) with Multi-Engine Land (MEL).
• Total time: 1,800 hours total; 500 PIC; 500 cross-country; 300 MEL.
• Night & Instrument: 100 night; 100 instrument (75 in aircraft).
• Turbine: 100 hours turbine time.
• IFR: IFR proficiency and currency required.
• Work authorization: Current passport; U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
