Route Driver Merchandiser

Route Driver / Merchandiser : Casco Bay Food & Beverage is hiring a full-time Route Driver / Merchandiser to service vending machines and micro-markets at workplaces, schools, and healthcare facilities across Maine. This is a hands-on, physical route service job involving delivery, stocking, merchandising, and customer service-not delivery-only. Schedule is primarily Monday-Friday with early morning starts, occasional weekends, steady hours, and long-term employment with an employee-owned company.

• Drive a company vehicle on a set local route
• Load, unload, stock, and rotate products
• Service vending machines and micro-markets
• Lift and move product throughout the day
• Keep accounts clean, organized, and stocked
• Work independently and meet route expectations

• Valid driver's license + clean driving record
• Able to lift and move product regularly
• Reliable, safety-focused, customer-minded
