** Our Irving Shop is currently seeking a Shop Lead to guide and support technicians.
** Pay and Schedule
*** Monday – Friday 7:00am to 3:30PM
* The pay range is $35-40/hour depending on experience

** How will you contribute to the success of the team?
*** Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication, accurate diagnosis, and addressing all driver team member concerns.
* Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
* Implement and maintain maintenance processes as per company policy.
* Improve vehicle uptime through efficient repair practices.
* Effectively manage assigned shift maintenance operation in accordance with financial goals.
* Develop management and technical skills of maintenance personnel on assigned shift.
* Monitor parts and tire inventory usage by assigned shift.
* Reduce workforce turnover by improving employee relations.
** What makes you a strong candidate for this position?
*** Effective team building abilities.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of DOT standards of repairs and maintenance.
* Knowledge of OSHA regulations regarding terminal facility.
* Minimum two years of experience in maintenance and repair.
