** What You'll Be Doing
*** Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites in a timely manner.
* Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections to maintain safe operating conditions.
* Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel to coordinate deliveries.
* Operate delivery equipment and manage concrete placement while following established procedures.
* Maintain accurate delivery documentation and uphold safety, quality, and customer service standards.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and follow all applicable traffic and safety regulations.
* Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service excellence.
* Capability to perform vehicle inspections, basic equipment care, and routine documentation.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or ability to meet licensing requirements for the position.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
