The opportunity

As Captain, you hold full responsibility for safe, efficient, and compliant flight operations. You'll lead a professional crew, adapt to changing conditions, and deliver a seamless, high-touch experience to clients while upholding Jet Aviation's commitment to safety, security, and operational excellence.

• Command all assigned flights and make critical decisions in accordance with federal, local, and company regulations.
• Maintain expert knowledge of GIV-SP systems and performance; plan, execute, and adapt flight profiles for a smooth, safe journey.
• Perform TSA In-Flight Security Coordinator duties under the Twelve-Five or Private Charter Standard Security Programs.
• Conduct or delegate passenger safety briefings; promote open communication and report hazards to sustain a just safety culture.
• Record and report aircraft discrepancies as they occur; ensure all aircraft manuals and trip paperwork are current and complete.
• Represent Jet Aviation as a brand ambassador, delivering professional, discreet, and friendly service to clients and colleagues.

• Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP) and FAA First Class Medical.
• Proven leadership, sound judgment, and a quality-driven, safety-first mindset.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work a variable schedule and travel extensively worldwide without restrictions.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Appropriate aircraft type rating and recent currency preferred.

• Total time: 3,500 hours fixed-wing
• Pilot in Command (PIC): 1,500 hours
• Multi-engine: 1,500 hours
• Turbo-jet: 500 hours
• Turbine: 500 hours
• Night: 100 hours
• Simulated instrument: 75 hours

• Execute responsibilities under applicable TSA security programs as In-Flight Security Coordinator.
• Champion a secure operating environment through proactive risk identification and reporting.
• Ensure accurate, timely trip documentation and regulatory recordkeeping.
• Uphold strict adherence to company SOPs, checklists, and regulatory standards at all times.

• Variable schedule with frequent travel across domestic and international routes.
• Operate across diverse settings, from heavy maintenance environments to refined client spaces.
• Comfort working around noise, vibration, fuel fumes, changing weather, and seasonal temperature extremes.
