Dispatcher $23.00–$28.00/hour, depending on shift About the Role

We are looking for a dependable and organized Dispatcher to help keep our trucks, drivers, and deliveries running smoothly. This position coordinates routes, communicates with drivers and customers, and helps ensure safe and efficient daily operations.

• Dispatch trucks for pickups and deliveries
• Answer calls and assist customers with questions and requests
• Coordinate routes and make adjustments as needed
• Communicate with drivers and terminals
• Maintain accurate driver logs and documentation
• Assist with daily office and operational tasks
• Provide professional and friendly customer service

We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work well with drivers, customers, and team members
• Previous transportation or dispatch experience is a plus
