** What You'll Be Doing
*** Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule.
* Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections to support safe and reliable operations.
* Communicate professionally with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers to coordinate deliveries.
* Monitor concrete quality during transport and delivery while following operational procedures.
* Maintain accurate delivery records and support a clean, safe work environment.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and ability to operate heavy vehicles safely and responsibly.
* Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and customer service excellence.
* Ability to perform vehicle inspections, identify concerns, and take appropriate action.
* Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with customers and team members.
* Dependable, self-motivated individual who can adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $30.00 - $39.70 per hour (NYS Prevailing Wage)
* Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension.
