Every delivery you make helps keep homes warm, businesses running, and communities operating safely. As a Delivery Driver, you are often the face of WOC Energy and the person customers rely on when fuel is needed most, including during emergencies and peak demand periods.

This role combines safe commercial driving, customer service, and operational reliability. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction, safety, and the company’s reputation in the communities we serve.

• Learn delivery routes, safety procedures, technology, and company operating standards alongside experienced team members.
• Complete required vehicle inspections, fuel handling procedures, and regulatory compliance training.
• Build familiarity with residential, commercial, and industrial customer locations and delivery expectations.
• Begin independently completing deliveries while maintaining safety, service, and documentation standards.

• Consistently completes deliveries safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Performs daily vehicle inspections and documentation with minimal oversight.
• Builds positive relationships with customers and receives strong service feedback.
• Participates effectively in the on-call schedule and responds to after-hours service needs according to company expectations.
• Works closely with dispatch, operations, and fellow drivers to maintain reliable service during both routine and peak-demand periods.

• Safely load, secure, transport, deliver, and unload propane and refined fuel products.
• Follow all federal, state, DOT, and company safety policies and procedures.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections (DDVIR) and report maintenance or equipment needs promptly.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and required documentation.
• Represent Energy Distribution Partners positively in the communities served.
• Participate in company growth and customer retention initiatives.
• Support the team during seasonal demand increases and emergency response situations.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours and weekend emergency service.

• Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (or ability to obtain if permitted by company policy).
• Ability to safely operate commercial delivery vehicles and follow all safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and pull up to 125 pounds in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to identify propane odorants, including ethyl mercaptan, for safety purposes.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• Previous propane, refined fuel, or commercial delivery driving experience.
• Experience working directly with residential, commercial, or industrial customers.
• Basic computer and mobile technology skills for completing delivery documentation.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and vehicle inspections.
• Experience participating in an on-call or emergency response schedule.

This role is primarily field-based, with most time spent at customer locations, terminals, and delivery sites. You will work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions and around propane and refined fuel equipment where safety is always the top priority.

You'll partner closely with dispatchers, operations staff, and fellow drivers to coordinate daily deliveries and respond to changing customer needs. During peak seasons, delivery volumes may increase, requiring strong planning, communication, and teamwork to maintain service levels.

Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required for the work being performed.
