Pay:
This is an non-exempt position offering competitive compensation based on the individual’s skills, certifications, education, relevant experience, and qualifications.

Hours of Work:
Monday through Friday, with hours varying based on customer needs and fleet service requirements.

Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening, background investigation, physical abilities assessment, and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.

The Fleet Support Manager is at the center of keeping assigned fleet assets safe, reliable, and on the road
. This role takes ownership from the moment a maintenance need or diagnostic issue is identified through the completion of the repair. You’ll proactively monitor fleet performance, stay ahead of scheduled maintenance, quickly address fault codes and emerging issues, and coordinate with service teams and fleet stakeholders to keep downtime to a minimum.

• Keep the fleet moving. Monitor assigned vehicles through telematics and fleet management software, spot issues early, and take action before small problems become costly downtime.
• Own the customer experience. Build strong relationships with fleet contacts, understand their needs and communication preferences, and become a trusted partner they can count on.
• Stay one step ahead. Proactively coordinate preventive and scheduled maintenance with dealer locations and Fleet Managers to keep vehicles safe, reliable, and ready to work.
• Turn maintenance into confidence. Help customers understand manufacturer-recommended maintenance schedules, service requirements, and why timely maintenance matters.
• Take ownership from start to finish. Track repairs, manage repair orders, keep dispatch information current, and stay connected throughout the entire service process.
• Keep everyone in the know. Clearly communicate recommended repairs, completed work, costs, repair status, and next steps so customers are never left wondering what’s happening with their vehicle.
• Make things happen. Process repair orders efficiently and ensure authorization, billing, and payment requirements are handled accurately and on time.
• Protect the process. Verify an approved written estimate is in place before repairs are authorized and ensure required customer signatures are obtained before the vehicle is released.
