Handle secure and efficient transportation of mail, parcels and important documents between PACCAR locations in Kirkland, Renton and Bellevue, WA.

Mail Courier Driver:
Safely operate a vehicle to navigate assigned daily routes, adhering to traffic laws and time schedules. Manage daily routes independently, ensuring accurate and on-time deliveries.

Mail processing: sort and deliver incoming mail; collect, sort and process outgoing mail.

Utilize Pitney Bowes postage machine to process, stamp and seal outgoing USPS mail.

Receive and deliver incoming mail from PO Boxes (Kenworth, Corporate and others assigned).

Receive and deliver incoming Fed Ex, UPS, & DHL packages.

Process outgoing Fed Ex, UPS & DHL packages for delivery; track packages as required

Obtain signatures, log deliveries and maintain accurate electronic or paper delivery records.

Represent our company professionally when interacting with clients and employees, addressing inquiries in a professional, polite and helpful manner.

Deliver copy paper and office supplies throughout offices.

Reconcile courier invoices and process for payment

Other duties as assigned.

Courier and mail processing experience preferred.

Valid Washington State driver’s license and clean driving record.

High school graduate or equivalent required.

Excellent and professional level customer service daily

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Goal oriented team player

Ability to move/lift 25 pounds on a regular basis; 50 pounds assisted

Able to work short notice overtime

PC literate; basic knowledge of Microsoft products and couriers shipping applications

Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above. This is a safety-sensitive position, and the pre-employment drug testing includes cannabis testing.
