LEM Trucking is hiring for a Class A CDL Truck Driver position in Ann Arbor, Michigan, offering dedicated customer freight, weekly home time, and 2021 or newer equipment. Drivers average approximately 2,000 to 2,200 miles each week while operating within Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana.
All freight is 100 percent no touch. Drivers are not responsible for physically loading or unloading trailers, allowing the workweek to remain focused on driving and completing scheduled customer assignments.
Weekly Schedule and EarningsAverage pay ranges from $1,300 to $1,400 per week. Drivers return home every week for a scheduled 34 hour reset before beginning the next dedicated freight cycle.
A Class A CDL Truck Driver works within the same three state territory instead of traveling through a nationwide OTR network. The terminal supporting this account is located in Auburn, Indiana.
Dedicated Fleet Details- $1,300 to $1,400 average weekly earnings

Loads include a combination of drop and hook assignments and scheduled live load or unload appointments.
Equipment and Driver BenefitsEach Class A CDL Truck Driver operates newer equipment with an APU, power inverter, refrigerator, TV mount, and microwave mount. Rider and pet programs are available from day one for eligible drivers.

Paid orientation lasts approximately three days with private hotel accommodations and covered qualifying expenses.
Class A CDL Truck Driver QualificationsApplicants must have a valid Class A CDL and at least three months of verifiable Class A tractor trailer driving experience within the previous 36 months. Candidates must meet applicable safety and company qualification standards.
