RL Schreiber is currently accepting applications, resumes, and letters of interest for the position of Order Picker
. This role supports warehouse operations by ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualified candidates should meet the following requirements (including but not limited to):

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders
• Ability to walk, stand, and operate equipment for 8+ hours on hard surfaces
• Prior shipping experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Willingness to learn additional software as needed

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare shipping and receiving documentation
• Verify product accuracy and acceptability
• Pull items for truck, UPS, and pickup orders
• Ensure order accuracy against bills of lading, invoices, and records
• Label, rotate, and stock inventory in assigned locations
• Assist with quarterly inventory counts
• Maintain First Expired, First Out (FEFO) inventory rotation
• Operate forklifts and other powered material-handling equipment
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
• At least 3 years of related experience preferred

• Full-time, Regular position
• Weekdays | 40 hours per week
• First (Day) Shift
