Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Warehouse Order Selector in Hebron, KY!
Hourly Pay: $18.90 per hour.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months of related warehouse experience required
- One year or more related warehouse experience preferred
- Intermediate skill required to operate and maintain powered industrial trucks (stand‑up and sit‑down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks)
- Intermediate preference for operating manual and/or automated warehouse equipment such as packaging lines
- Powered industrial truck certification
- Ability to read, perform basic mathematics, and understand safety and work‑instruction documents in English
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Ability to input data into the WMS computer system in use
- Work overtime as assigned
- Ability to build professional relationships with peers, supervisors, and customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility, self‑motivation, and drive for excellence in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong multitasking, organization, and time‑management skills
- Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up practices
- Package, kit, and/or assemble orders and materials.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers, ensuring all scanning is completed correctly.
- Train dock employees on new procedures and secure the facility at shift end.
- Investigate and resolve scanning and housekeeping issues.
- Perform picking, packing, and material‑moving duties.
- Check for evidence of product or container damage.
- Adhere to the location’s policies and procedures for handling materials.
- Participate in workgroup and team activities to improve warehouse operations.
- Perform housekeeping duties for the assigned area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check; a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.
