Warehouse Order Selector​/Case Picker

Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Warehouse Order Selector in Hebron, KY!

Hourly Pay: $18.90 per hour.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Six months of related warehouse experience required
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred
• Intermediate skill required to operate and maintain powered industrial trucks (stand‑up and sit‑down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks)
• Intermediate preference for operating manual and/or automated warehouse equipment such as packaging lines
• Powered industrial truck certification
• Ability to read, perform basic mathematics, and understand safety and work‑instruction documents in English
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to input data into the WMS computer system in use
• Work overtime as assigned
• Ability to build professional relationships with peers, supervisors, and customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility, self‑motivation, and drive for excellence in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong multitasking, organization, and time‑management skills
• Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up practices

• Package, kit, and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers, ensuring all scanning is completed correctly.
• Train dock employees on new procedures and secure the facility at shift end.
• Investigate and resolve scanning and housekeeping issues.
• Perform picking, packing, and material‑moving duties.
• Check for evidence of product or container damage.
• Adhere to the location’s policies and procedures for handling materials.
• Participate in workgroup and team activities to improve warehouse operations.
• Perform housekeeping duties for the assigned area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
