Seasonal Warehouse Associate

Job Overview

This role is part of the E‑Commerce/Auditor team and supports daily warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, auditing, and staging e-commerce orders. Team members may rotate throughout the warehouse based on business needs. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Sunday – Friday | Day Shift. Overtime may be required during peak and holiday seasons.

• Accurately pick, pack, and stage e-commerce orders
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
• Verify item counts, SKUs, and locations prior to order completion
• Perform basic auditing and quality checks on completed orders
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory movement
• Follow established pick paths and location sequencing for efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report damaged product or inventory discrepancies
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Pay: $18.50/ Hourly

• Ability to read, count accurately, perform basic math, and write legibly
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Strong ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
• Computer and RF scanner familiarity preferred
• Minimum of six months of warehouse experience in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
• Willingness to work weekends during peak season (Saturday or Sunday as needed)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable with strong time‑management skills
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures
