Warehouse/Fulfillment CoordinatorFull Time Manual Labor HEB, Hebron, KY, US
Salary Range: $19.00 To $20.00 Hourly
Responsibilities- Pack and Ship Independent and Mini Major accounts daily.
- Pull and stage daily sales orders in an accurate and timely manner.
- Prepare outgoing materials using a variety of methods including, but not limited to, scanning, labeling, wrapping. Complete required paperwork to accompany outgoing materials such as Manifest and Intercompany Bills of Lading.
- Know all of the company’s product lines and the locations of staging areas as well as Bin locations.
- Generate batches for invoicing to CSR's in a timely and accurate manner.
- Have a thorough understanding of the UPS Starship program and how to troubleshoot daily shipping problems that may occur.
- Confirm accuracy of pulled orders while packing; items marked out of stock must be confirmed the goods aren't in another location in warehouse.
- Help maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Support the company in any needs required for setup/teardown Shelf, both on and offsite.
- Keep informative communication lines between CSR's and shipping station at all times, advising with accurate information when concerns arise.
- Pull and stage daily transfers and ship on a timely manner.
- Assist loading and unloading of trucks whenever necessary to complete daily demands.
- Complete data entry.
- Help in maintaining inventory in warehouse by completing row audits and investigating variances.
- Label all staged pallets accurately with product and quantities.
- Handle store returns per floor supervisor’s procedure.
- Warehouse experience in inventory receiving, item picking, shipping, and filling of orders.
- Ability to maintain high accuracy and thoroughness when execution of tasks.
- Ability to communicate clearly, calmly, and effectively verbally.
- Strong multi-tasking ability and time management skills and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, follow-through and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to foster a positive and professional work environment. Flexible and adaptive to change.
- Each employee must read, understand and implement the general and specific operational, safety procedures and policies pertaining to their job.
- Good attendance, avoid absentee and tardy problems.
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Email…)
- Forklift certification a plus.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Bending is a frequent task when performing job.
- Warehouse conditions may involve extreme temperatures and moving vehicles.
- Repetitive motions – make sure to do stretches as needed.
- Must know accurate bending and lifting techniques as well as safety protocols for lifting above the head.
- Operation of box-cutter required.
- Proficiency when using Hand Trucks and Pallet Jacks.
- Standing/walking required for 100% of the job.
1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, Day (6AM – 4:30PM)
