As our next Night Shift Industrial Storeroom Clerk, you'll help keep operations running smoothly through inventory control, receiving, stocking, and material distribution while building valuable warehouse and logistics experience.

Key Responsibilities / What You'll Do
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, parts, tools, and supplies.
  • Issue inventory to maintenance, operations, and production personnel as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized inventory management systems.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
  • Stock shelves, bins, and storage areas in a safe and organized manner.
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and material shortages.
  • Prepare and process shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment when required.
  • Label, track, and store materials according to company procedures.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure material availability during the night shift.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused storeroom environment.
  • Assist with inventory replenishment and other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.
  • Strong organizational and recordkeeping abilities.
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials as required.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Nice-to-Have
  • Previous storeroom, warehouse, inventory, or shipping/receiving experience.
  • Forklift or material-handling equipment experience.
  • Experience with computerized inventory systems.
  • Knowledge of inventory control practices and cycle counting.
  • Experience supporting maintenance or manufacturing environments.
