Management Level: Class 3

Pay: $19.35 plus $2 perfect attendance incentive

Work Scheduled:
Wed-Sat, 9:10AM - 07:50PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure department runs safe and efficient
• Ensure good housekeeping is maintained
• Fill in for absent Team Members
• Assist supervisor in all areas of the department
• Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Follow all safety policies at all times
• Cannot have any corrective actions actively in file (6 months)
• Must maintain "6.5" points or less
• Demonstrate good communication skills, work well with others, and have a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of shipping area and procedures
• Be able to efficiently perform all jobs in shipping
• Able to work in extremely cold and wet environment
• Good math and reading skills
• Basic computer skills
• Periodic bending, turning, pulling, twisting and lifting up to 70 pounds
• Able to effectively monitor all shipping areas throughout the shift
• Licensed driver on jack and forklift (training supplied)
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary
• Must meet all required hygiene and safety procedures at all times
• Must have good attendance
• Any other duties as assigned by Manager
• ** Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork
• ** Must be able to read invoices, packing slips, records of materials, etc.

• Applicant must maintain 6.5 attendance points or less
• Applicant may not have any discipline within the last 6 months of job posting
• Applicant may not have had a successful job bid within the last 6 months (Unless it is a newly established job)
