Warehouse Manager

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead operations in our pharmaceutical distribution facility. In this on-site role, you will oversee receiving, storage, picking, and shipping while maintaining strict safety, quality, and regulatory standards. You will supervise and develop a diverse team, manage inventory accuracy, and optimize space and workflows using WMS/ERP tools. Partnering closely with logistics, procurement, and customer service, you'll track KPIs and drive process improvements that support Cencora's mission to improve patient access and outcomes worldwide in a collaborative, integrity-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of pharmaceutical products
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards for healthcare distribution
• Lead, schedule, and develop warehouse staff to meet performance and accuracy goals
• Optimize inventory control, space utilization, and material handling processes
• Monitor KPIs, analyze operational data, and implement process improvements
• Coordinate with transportation, procurement, and customer service teams to meet service levels
• Maintain accurate documentation and systems records within WMS/ERP tools
• Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
