Equipment Operator

ABM Industries is hiring an Equipment Operator to support our Warehouse & Manufacturing operations. In this on-site role, you will safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload materials, support shipping and receiving, and maintain accurate inventory flow. You'll inspect equipment, follow OSHA and ABM safety standards, and keep work areas clean and organized. Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products
• Stage, organize, and store materials according to warehouse procedures and inventory standards
• Inspect equipment before use, report defects, and perform basic operator-level maintenance
• Follow all ABM safety rules, PPE requirements, and OSHA/warehouse safety practices
• Use scanners or warehouse systems to track inventory movements and complete documentation
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment to support production and facility operations
• Maintain clean, orderly work areas and support 5
• S/lean practices
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet productivity and quality goals
