We are seeking an experienced

Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations while working alongside the team in a hands-on role. This position requires a motivated leader who can oversee inventory, shipping, receiving, and warehouse staff while safely operating forklifts and reach trucks.

Job Description:

Duties:

  • Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and materials handling.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure efficient inventory management processes.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse personnel to maximize productivity and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems for inventory tracking, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Operate forklifts and reach trucks as part of daily responsibilities.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, stocking, and other warehouse duties as needed.

Skills:

  • Previous warehouse supervisory experience required.
  • Experience operating forklifts and reach trucks.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and inventory management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with team members, vendors, and customers.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices.
