Order Picker

Schedule/Shift: 2nd Shift, 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM

Summary:
The Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, staging, and preparing products for shipment while supporting the efficient flow of inventory throughout the warehouse. This position plays a key role in meeting customer order requirements and maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse systems.
• Receive, stage, and move products within the warehouse as needed.
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts as assigned.
• Follow all safety guidelines and keep work areas clean and organized.

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when fulfilling orders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
• Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse technology is a plus.
