Description: The Warehouse Shift Lead is responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities during an assigned shift. This role provides hands-on leadership to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on time, while supporting team members and maintaining operational flow. This is a seasonal, full-time position.

• Lead and support warehouse associates during assigned shift
• Assign daily tasks (picking, packing, receiving, shipping, inventory)
• Monitor workflow and adjust priorities to meet daily demands
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies
• Serve as first point of contact for employee questions or operational issues
• Assist with on-the-job training for new hires
• Communicate shift performance and challenges with the Production Supervisor
• Perform regular warehouse duties as needed
• Closing procedures for the warehouse
• End of Shift procedures:
  Production stations cleaned, trash cans emptied, cardboard taken out to bins

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to lift, stand, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and basic problem-solving skills
• Reliable and Adaptable
