Location: 4932 I-30 West Frontage Road, Caddo Mills, TX 75135

Shift: 1st shift
Schedule: Monday to Friday/ 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour ( based on experience )

We're seeking a dependable and safety- focused Forklift Oper ato r to join our established rubber recycling facility .

What You'll Do:

As a key member of our operations team , you'll be responsible for :

• S afely operating sit-down forklifts to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Loading and unloading trucks and trailers efficiently and accurately
• Transporting materials to production and warehouse areas as needed
• Maintaining inventory organization and proper material storage practices
• Assisting with general warehouse and production support tasks

What We're Looking For:

• R High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to safely handle and transport heavy materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This role operates in a high-heat , dusty , and noisy manufacturing setting . Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment . Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements , and lifting up to 55 lbs . PPE provided .
