Location: Northern

  • Ensure efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing warehouse inventory to maintain optimal supply chain operations
  • Support seamless order fulfillment by picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and on schedule
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and prevent discrepancies through regular cycle counts and inventory controls
  • Contribute to a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment that maximizes operational efficiency
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring products are handled properly and reach their destinations intact and on time
  • Optimize warehouse space utilization and workflow through effective organization and material handling
  • Support company profitability by maintaining high productivity standards and minimizing errors in warehouse operations
Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, label, and ship orders accurately according to customer specifications and schedules
  • Receive, inspect, unload, label, and store incoming inventory following established warehouse procedures
  • Verify deliveries against purchase orders and invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Load and unload trucks and containers while maintaining product integrity and safety standards
  • Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently
  • Perform basic preventive maintenance on warehouse vehicles and equipment and report repair needs
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels
  • Update inventory records using warehouse management systems and maintain documentation
  • Report discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
  • Restock shelves, organize warehouse goods, and optimize storage space
  • Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of hazards following safety protocols
  • Coordinate and communicate with team members to meet daily production targets and operational goals
  • Follow quality standards, company policies, and safety procedures at all times
  • Assist with training new team members and support special projects during peak periods
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, squat, and remain active throughout shifts
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
  • Good communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration
  • Strong work ethic and dependability with consistent punctuality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Steel toe shoes or boots with sturdy uppers and non-slip soles
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays
  • Reliable transportation to and from work location

Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics experience
  • Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software
  • Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment and barcode scanners
  • Knowledge of inventory control processes and best practices
  • Understanding of OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse safety protocols
  • Computer skills including basic data entry and record-keeping
  • Experience in e-commerce, distribution, or fulfillment environments
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently
  • Leadership potential and proactive approach to seeking tasks
  • Associate degree in logistics or supply chain management
