Yzer is looking to hire a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team, reporting directly to the Hub Manager. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse and last-mile delivery operations within a pharmaceutical distribution environment. This role ensures all product handling, staging, and dispatching activities meet strict compliance, safety, and quality standards. The Warehouse Supervisor coordinates a team of associates and drivers, supports inventory accuracy, ensures timely order fulfillment, and maintains proper chain-of-custody procedures for all regulated products.

Location: Randolph, MA 02368

Pay Scale: $ 23-$26

Hours: 40 standard, however additional hours will be necessary based on customer needs.

Requirements — what you bring:

Qualifications:

2–4 years of warehouse or logistics experience; previous lead or supervisor experience preferred.
Experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or regulated product distribution strongly preferred.
Knowledge of last-mile delivery processes, routing, and logistics operations.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems i.e. ECourier, Beans etc.

Work is performed in a warehouse setting with regular exposure to varying temperatures.

Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. is required throughout the shift.

May involve operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or scanning devices.

Occasional work in outdoor or loading-dock environments during loading and unloading activities.

Requires the ability to safely and consistently move, and stage, while maintaining product integrity.

Fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines tied to delivery schedules and customer commitments.

Must adhere to all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
