Inventory Clerk

AP Executive Staffing is partnering with a growing Lancaster-area organization to identify a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to support inventory accuracy and day-to-day warehouse operations.

This is a full-time, 1st shift opportunity (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM) for someone who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and problem-solving. The position plays a key role in ensuring ERP inventory records align with physical inventory while helping investigate, reconcile, and resolve discrepancies across warehouse operations.

• Monitor inventory levels and compare ERP records against physical stock counts
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and variances
• Process and document inventory adjustments related to loss, damage, and reconciliation findings
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
• Maintain accurate inventory records and supporting documentation
• Generate and review inventory-related reports within the ERP system
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to identify root causes of inventory inconsistencies
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting activities
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy and warehouse processes

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of inventory, warehouse, inventory control, or related experience
• Exposure to ERP systems required;
  Odoo experience preferred
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating across teams
