We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations at our feed store warehouse. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in warehouse operations, and a commitment to supporting our agricultural community by managing feed and supply distribution effectively.
Qualifications- Experience in warehouse operations..
- Knowledge of feed products, agricultural supplies, or related inventory strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in training, motivating, and managing a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical capability to lift and move 50+ lbs repeatedly and operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification preferred).
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees, customers, and management.
This position does include the need for some rotating Saturday availability.
