Order Fulfillment Associate – 1st Shift
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Mandatory Overtime: Every other Saturday
Job Location: Athens, TX
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associates to join our warehouse team on 1st Shift
. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, staging, and preparing customer orders for shipment while helping maintain efficient warehouse operations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Move merchandise to pallets, conveyors, shelves, staging areas, and trucks
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against orders and invoices
- Read and follow shipping orders, work orders, and production schedules
- Locate, label, and prepare products for shipment
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
- Maintain inventory accuracy and a clean work environment
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Forklift or Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) experience is required
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
- Must be available to work mandatory overtime every other Saturday
- Regularly lift up to 40 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and twisting throughout the shift
- $17.00/hour starting pay
- Consistent 1st Shift schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
