Total Staffing Solutions is hiring a
** Bilingual Receiving Clerk - English & Spanish
** for a busy logistics and distribution facility in Bolingbrook, IL. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, computer savvy, and experienced with warehouse receiving, inventory records, and data entry.### Responsibilities
* Enter and update incoming shipment and container information.
* Accurately process receiving and shipping information in the WMS.
* Review receiving documents and verify information for accuracy.
* Maintain organized inbound/outbound paperwork and electronic records.
* Assist with inventory and shipment discrepancies.
* Communicate shipment and receiving updates to warehouse leadership.
* Verify information on the warehouse floor or dock when needed.### Qualifications
* Previous
** receiving, warehouse clerical, inventory, or data-entry experience
** preferred.
* Strong computer and data-entry skills required.
* WMS or warehouse software experience is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
* Previous 3PL or distribution center experience is a plus.
