Minimum Salary: $67,000.00
Maximum Salary: $75,000.00
In addition:
Supervisor Incentive Plan: 10% yearly
Monday to Friday 7am start, some Saturdays maybe required.
Responsibilities- Supervise daily activities: train, develop and evaluate team members.
- Mentor and monitor warehouse team members to meet the demands of the facility.
- Maintain FEFO (First expire first out) & Bin Match targets.
- Allocate necessary space for stock rotation.
- Assist and maintain product loss control.
- Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable.
- Support maximum/optimum fleet utilization.
- High level of customer service focus and response required as an operations liaison to the sales centers.
- Review, monitor and address full good inventory levels to minimize potential out of stock risk to sales.
- Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
- Bending, kneeling, lifting of 50+ pounds and climbing.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years warehouse/inventory experience required.
- Requires experience managing people/budgets.
- 2+ years supervising warehouse/inventory staff preferred.
- Basic understanding of MS Office and database application skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift product.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to walk up and down stairs and walk around the warehouse.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
