* The expected pay for this role is **$20.50
** per hour. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, skills, experience, and location.

** What You'll Do**###
* Run day to day RDC operation in the most efficient manner possible, leading the warehouse team in daily activities (i.e. load/unload trucks, perform and reconcile inventory, and assist the Customer Service Center as required)
* Monitor and schedule maintenance of all RDC equipment (roll-loaders, dock equipment, etc.)
* Effectively communicate with customers and support personnel to provide excellent service
* Maintain current customer base by providing excellent customer service, including building synergy with local sales force
* Ensure adherence to governmental (DOT, OSHA, etc.) regulations and company policies and procedures
* Maintain high standards of safety, organization and inventory accuracy
* Lead employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance to the Company policies, the Code of Ethical Business Conduct and applicable laws.
* Responsibilities include assisting with interviewing, training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
* Other duties may be assigned#### What You'll Bring:## Education High School Diploma or general education degree (GED). Associates degree preferred.## Skills/Experience
* Ability to train/manage/lead/understand LEAN or CI principles and activities in a logistics environment
* Intermediate computer skills
* Ability to interpret data and create useful information
* Ability to root cause analyze and apply appropriate countermeasures to correct anomalies
* Basic leadership skills
* Intermediate customer service skills
* Ability to lift and/or move miscellaneous equipment and product weighing up to 50 pounds frequently and over 100 pounds occasionally
* Greater than 5 years experience in a Logistics Supervisorial Position preferred.## Travel Travel is not required.
