Pepsi Co is searching for a full-time Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve site equipment. You will perform vital preventative and predictive maintenance as well as mechanical repairs in a safe and rewarding atmosphere. Collaboration with operators and effective communication will be key to reducing downtime and enhancing production quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair equipment across the site
• Execute daily work orders and preventative inspections
• Respond effectively to equipment breakdowns
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve efficiency
• Communicate during production meetings for seamless operations
Requirements:
• Red Seal Millwright or Industrial Electrician Certificate must be current
• Motivated and positive attitude towards improvement
• Proficiency in communication and computer use
• Experienced in operational processes and equipment
• Ability to adapt to shift work and use welding tools
