• Welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
• Handle patient check-in/check-out.
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
• Assist with insurance verifications and billing support.
• Keep the front desk area organized, efficient, and upbeat.

• A friendly, positive personality and excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Previous experience in a front desk, customer service, or dental/medical office setting preferred.
• Comfort with technology and scheduling software (experience with orthodontic or dental software is a plus).
