Salary Range: $83,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

• Develop and execute strategic purchasing plans to support manufacturing operations.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to secure optimal terms, pricing, and quality.
• Source, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors.
• Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives and efficiency improvements within the procurement process.
• Collaborate with production and inventory control to optimize material availability and minimize stockholding costs.
• Ensure all purchased materials and components comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee and mentor the purchasing team, fostering professional development and high performance.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in purchasing or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost reduction strategies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, material requirements planning (MRP), and inventory control.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing purchasing teams or projects.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or e‑procurement platforms.
• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent professional certification.
• Multilingual capabilities, particularly relevant for international sourcing.
