Confirmation Call Center Manager
Bath Planet is looking to hire an experienced Confirmation Call Center Manager in our Kentwood, MI office. We offer a stylish, cost-effective, low‑maintenance bath improvement solution to homeowners, commercial customers, and consumers with accessibility needs. Our mission is to provide high‑quality acrylic bath and shower solutions with exceptional workmanship.
Responsibilities- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Hire, train and manage Call Center Representatives
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
- Implement AI integration in call handling
- Provide customer service and handle inquiries
- Manage sales representatives’ schedules
- Achieve weekly and monthly quotas
Qualified applicants will have excellent computer and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, be available to work evenings and weekends, and possess strong conflict‑resolution abilities.
