The City of Lincoln is seeking an Operations Excellence Engineer responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across all U.S. manufacturing facilities. This role focuses on implementing Lean methodologies, sustaining standard work, and improving operational performance. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience and a proven ability to influence and coach at multiple levels.

The position requires approximately 40–60% travel across plant locations.
