Lacks Enterprises Inc, is currently accepting applications for a Security Medical Officer to work with our Protective Services team on 2nd shift. As a Security Medical Officer, you will be responsible for medical emergencies and medical calls and for the safety and security of Lacks Enterprises employees and property.

• Respond to all medical emergencies and medical calls relevant to Lacks Enterprises employees and provide medical treatment.
• Maintain medical trauma bags, inventory, and oversee replacement of medical supplies.
• Report health violations or concerns to proper chain of command
• Maintain daily logs of activities and health related reports.
• Must maintain State of Michigan certificates for basic EMT. Also, must take necessary continuing education courses to obtain stat credits for the maintenance of EMT license.
• Maintain a relationship with the Lacks Enterprises Medical Director and Medical Centers.
• Performs other tasks assigned by designated supervisor.
• Ability to work overtime, including holidays and weekends, as needed.

• EMT Certification or Minimum Basic EMT.
• Physically capable of performing all duties and functions involved in the job
• Prior Security & Roving Patrol experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task
• Computer literacy
• Ability to read and write legibly
• Strong attention to detail
• High school education or equivalent preferred
